Cowan was determined to make it to the State Finals. He dominated the first three opponents with falls. The finals match-up was against highly ranked Sackovich from CMPD. In one of the best finals matches, Cowan pushed Sackovich to his limits in a thrilling 4-2 loss. No bigger heart than Cowans, a true Champion.
