Jake Polich entered the 2001 State Championships with an undefeated record in search of his second state title. The finals featured a rematch from sectionals. Jake hit 2 beautiful throws that stunned his opponent on his way to the title and a perfect season. 2-time State Champion and 4-time place winner.
